We all have customers who come in complaining that their ski boot is too narrow or they need just a bit more room for their first or fifth met. The TJS Basic tool is used for stretching for width to get you out of a JAM. The unit has a medial,and lateral die, both approximating the thickness of the foot. The entire tool is made of steel rather than aluminum. Because of this distinct design the steel will not absorb the heat as fast which means that your boot won't have to be heated as much. The heat you apply doesn't readily get absorbed by the tool.

This ski boot stretching tool is designed to stretch a PAIR of ski boots at the same time. The Ultimate Cuff Stretcher is the fastest way to stretch the cuff of a PAIR of ski boots. Simply place the boots in the jig, heat the back of the spine of the boot on both sides of the dies and start turning the adjustment arm and the boots now fit that customer that was complaining about the ski boots hurting their calves. It is also a fantastic tool to help realign a customer that is being pushed too far forward because of the forward lean built into the boot.

The Instep Jack is a shortened version of the TJS Basic while using a square base plate and one cuff die. This is the easiest to use tool available for stretching the instep of a ski boot. Oh how you can stop the complaining of those customers that have high insteps.
