The Toe Jam Spreader is a tool designed to stretch ski boots for length width instep height cuff diameter bunions or the big toe or hallux. It is a patented tool developed in 1995 by Mike Tambling a Certified Master Bootfitter for the bootfitter who wants a tool that is easy to use and doesn't deform the ski boot except for the area being stretched. CUFF DIE

THE TOE JAM SPREADER W/ CUFF DIE'S INSTALLED!

The CUFF DIE are used to stretch the cuff of a ski boot. Simply remove the lateral and medial die and install the CUFF DIE.

 

INSTEP JACK

THE INSTEP JACK by Southern Ski Tools

The INSTEP JACK is a shortened version of theTJS using a base plate and one CUFF DIE. The tool is used to stretch the instep on a ski boot. A great tool to help those with high insteps.

 

BUNION POPPER

 

The TJS w/ Bunion Popper Installed!

 

The BUNION POPPER is a Die that replaces the medial Die on the TJS. It is used to accomidate a customers bunion.
