LIMITED 1Year WARRANTY

WHAT IS COVERED:  All parts proven to be defective in materials or workmanship after factory inspection.

WHAT WE WILL DO:  Replace tool at no charge.  We reserve the right to substitute a tool of equal usefulness and value.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:  Misuse, abuse, improper care or rust. Toolboxes are not warranted. 

WHAT PURCHASER MUST DO:  Return tool prepaid and INSURED to: Southern Ski Tools, 1671 Lake Murray Blvd., Columbia, South Carolina 29212 Attn: Customer Service/Repairs.  Please include your name and street address.  Your tool will be returned to you prepaid.

In no event shall Southern Ski Tools be liable for general incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, injury or damage to persons or property, arising out of any defect in this tool, or arising out of any breach of the warranty made herein.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you since this warranty give you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
